There are two main rooms: a large living room with open-plan kitchen and a large, comfortable bedroom. It also has a spacious bathroom. The living room opens onto a large bay window giving access to a small private outdoor terrace, ideal for enjoying a quiet moment.

The lounge area invites you to relax with a sofa that converts into a comfortable bed (140x190), a coffee table and a large television.

The kitchen is functional and well organised, with everything you need to prepare your meals: hob, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, L'Or coffee machine, toaster, crockery and cutlery.

You can then step through the curtains into the bedroom, which has a comfortable double bed (160x200) with quality bedding. The walls, exposed stone ceiling and soft lighting create a cosy, soothing atmosphere, ideal for a good night's sleep. There is plenty of storage space for your belongings.

The carefully appointed bathroom has a shower, wall-hung WC and antique vanity unit with washbasin and mirror.
