In Iguerande our stone barn, restored in 2020, occupies a quiet location 50m from the greenway and shops.
The barn is independent but located next to our house, it is adjacent to a listed chapel. You will find all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay for up to 8 people. Downstairs you will find a small living room and a functional kitchen. Upstairs each of the two bedrooms is independent and has its own bathroom. In winter, the underfloor heating provides comfortable warmth, and on sunny days the terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors.
Departure of hikes on foot on the green walks, by bike on the green way, the cyclo loops or the mountain bike circuits (maps and circuit plan available)
Many services within 100m (bakery, grocery store, 2 hairdresser, pizzeria, post office & tourist information, doctor...)
The banks of the Loire, the canal and a lake are also accessible on foot and offer good fishing spots
Nearby there are also basketball, boules, beach volleyball and tennis courts with free access to the town as well as a children's playground
Don't forget to go to the old town, accessible in 5 minutes on foot (museum and Romanesque church)
