Gîte "Terre de Vigne"

Our gîte "terre de vigne", entirely renovated, with a surface area of 16 5m², is located in the south of Brionnais, on the border of the Allier and the Loire departments, both of which are very touristic and rich in discoveries; close to the greenway and the canal from Roanne to Digoin (7 kms), and to medieval and historical villages (le Crozet, Semur en Brionnais, Marcigny, la Bénisson Dieu, Lapalisse) we are in a privileged place, green, undulating, of mountains, landscapes constantly renewed according to the seasons, with multiple facets.

Close to the Auvergne, the Massif Central, Vichy (50 kms), Lyon, St Etienne (2h drive), the Loge des Gardes (ski resort, summer, winter 30 min away), lakes, dams, forests (Lespinasse...) everything invites you to rest but also to travel and escape according to your aspirations, your tastes... (walking, cycling, horse riding, motorbike, angling...)

A rich heritage of buildings, museums, architecture and art is waiting for you, not forgetting the many markets with excellent local products (goat's and cow's cheese, meat, Roanne wines, etc.).

Description of the gîte :
Ground floor = equipped kitchen, living room, games available, fireplace, library, as well as 2 double bedrooms, with shower room and separate WC PMR.

On the first floor 2 other large bedrooms, double bed in 160, a corner table football, 1 shower-room and separate WC and a laundry corner (washing machine and dryer).

A baby cot and a high chair are available.
Horses can be accommodated in boxes or paddocks.
